Fulfill lapped the early pacemaker fiom the start and, drawing out on the stretch turn, held sway to the end and was best. Greenvale set the pace from the start, but tired badly after going half of the journey and was lucky to save second places besides being short and sore. Fair Louise had no mishaps, was outpaced decisively by the two leaders, but finished persistently and wearing Greenvale down for second place. Majestic was outrun throughout, but will improve. The Pippin was reserved patiently far in the rear of the early pacemakers, then finished with unexpected speed and got up in the last stride. St. Jeanne, badly outpaced early, trailed to the last turn and closed up with :. great rush in the stretch and just failed to get up. Rubla Granda. from a good start, ran close up early, but in too strenuous pursuit and tired in the final strides. Rose Queen, excessively used to bead the fast and lightly-weighted pacemaker, quit badly in the last furlong. Notasulga was always outpaced, never dangerous and ran a poor race. Lm-iit ror William was sent into the lead on the backstretch and made the middle running undisturbed, then was pulled over across Mary Davis in the final sixteenth and came on and finished first, but was disqualified for foul Effendl ran forwardlv and persistently throughout and got up for second place in the last stride I -e fore Marv Davis could recover. Mary Davis outbroke the others and led for the first quarter, then was reserved in" behind the pacemaker to the stretch, closed up rapidly on the inside and appeared a sure winner when she was thrown against the fence and nearly fell, then could not recover In time to ward oil Illendi for second place. May River nearly fell on the first turn and. jumping on horses, held forth In the rear to the far turn and closed a big gap at the end. Harlem Maid was badly outrun and in dilllculty iiiv lmt was going well at the end. Miss Kearney ran well up all the way. but was never dangerous. Ronnie Kelso, away very badly, trailed in the rear and closed a big gap at the end.
