GREAT SOUTH AMERICAN RACING CLUB. The Jockey Club of Buenos Ayres was established April li, 1SS2. with nineteen members, while at the end of 1883 it claimed 143 members, in 1S!J1 had increased to 703, and at present has no less than 2,000 active members on tin; list. With the increased advantages held out to members the entrance fee has risen to $:;,0;0. with a subscription if .5 per month, members having the advantage of n most luxurious and handsomely equipped clubhouse, while the members stand and enclosure on the Palermo Park track possess all the advantages of un up-to-date race course.
