Hiacko, off forwardly. worked his way up on the outside and dashed into a long lead when entering the liomestretch, but tired at the end and had to lie hard ridden to stall off Stroineland. The latter was caught in a jam at the start and had to be pulled up and taken wide, but closed a big gap and finished fast and gamely. Chiila ran well, but was tiring at the end. Ilex outbroke the others and held a good lead until in the last Sixteenth, where he tired badlv. Dan-geious March ran well and just managed to last long enough to stall off Hickory Stick. The latter closed . lug gap. Ayliuer was handicapped by the going. Scratched S49S4 Puritan Lad. 107.
