CALIFORNIA RACING ANNOUNCED. San Francisco, Cal., Sept. 27. President T. II . Williams, of the New California Jockey Club, announced . today that the racing season will open at t Oakland track Saturday. November 20. No plans is regarding the betting have been determined upon in and there will be no announcement in that direction c- until President Williams looks over the situation i- in New York, for which place he plans to leave -e Thursday.
