It is to the interest of all such persons to be as uear right as they can. but you can be assured that no •"system" was ever inv-uted that would unfailingly "beat the races." Undoubtedly many persons win. but they are cool-headed ones who study the form of the horses closely, follow their own judgment and ouly wagec when they are positive of being right.
