HARRIGAN ran an excellent race, forced the pace for three-quarters and tired in the stretch, but came again at the end with rare gameness. MEADOW seemed to sulk and hardly ran her race. JOE AVOODS was pinned in next to the rail in the stretch running and his rider was unable to-use his whip. ANTIGO showed plenty of speed and set the pace fast, but quit in the stretch racing.
