THREE RACES FOR W. O. J0PLIN. Tampa, Fla., January 13. Todays attendance at the West Tampa track was easily the greatest since the inauguration of racing. Ladies day was mainly responsible for the big concourse. New Stars fractious acting at the barrier delayed a start for seventeen minutes. After the race the judges announced that he would not be given toleration at the post in future starts. Taniar, Elizabethan and Agawam, owned by W. O. .Toplin and ridden by T. Kocraor, accounted for half the card. Jockeys Jensen, D. Murphy. Iurton and Martin were suspended for two days by the starter for disobedience at the post. Beauclere will not lie allowed to start here in future because of his unfit condition.
