OFFICIALS FOR EASTERN MEETING. New York, January 14. The ollicials who managed the Pimlico and Norfolk fall meetings last year have been re-apiointed with the approval of the Jockev Club. The Norfolk officials will be Frank Bryan and William Riggs. stewards: Edward Cole. jud-;evf the finish; Fred W. Gerhardy, clerk of the course and scales: A. B. Dade, starter, and Herman Conkling, paddock and patrol judge. Tho Maryland Jockey Club officials will be William Manlcy, Thomas Clyde and Frank Bryan, stewards; William Riggs and E. C. Smith, judges of the finish: A. B. Dade, sturter, and Herman Conkling. clerk of the scales.
