The provincial secretaries of the Canadian Breeding Bureau include Frank J. Robinson of Halifax: W. W. Hubbard of New Brunswick: Allen Boswell of Quebec: George Carruthers of Winnipeg; II. . Lawson of Saskatchewan; Osborne Brown of Alberta, and Maj. S. Harris of British Columbia.
