TAMPA TRACK BUILDINGS BURNED. Tampa. Fla., March 31. Fire destroyed the grandstand and stables at the AVest Tampa -track last night. It is thought that the lire was of incendiarv origin. The plant was insured for about half its value and the loss will approximate 0,000.
