ANOTHER RACE TRACK FOR KENTUCKY. Paducah, Ky.. March 31. After a conference between W. E. Bidwell. secretary or the Kentucky State Racing Commission, the Paducah Fair Association, local horsemen and business men it was decided yesterday to incorporate a racing association and hold races in conjunction witli those at Louisville, Lexington aiid Latonia. The Paducah Fair Association has held races ou a moderate scale during the past two years -and the experiment proved profitable. While Paducah has but .10.000 population, it has a surrounding territory of 200,000 from which to draw. The local fair association, of which Ben Weille is president,, recently acquired an option on a large tract of ground -where the new race course will be established. Half of the 0,000 capital stock will be sulscribed by breeders iu eastern Ken-t u cky.
