SUIT OVER MISS FELIX. Lexington. Ky.. March 31. B. K. Van .Meter todav entered suit against J. W. Darby for 1,000 alleging that three years ago he entered into a contract with Mr. Darby whereby he was to train and race Miss Felix, dividing the profits and that instead of rclurning the mare to him, Mr. Darby took her to Canada and sold her.
