PENSACOLA JOCKEY RULED 0FF; Pousacola. Flu., April 10. House cleaning continued at Kupfrian Park this afternoon, the judges adding jockey Davenport to the discard when they ruled him off for a faulty ride on B. J. Swunuer iu the second race. Creuse was backed in the race witli rare confidence and won as her rider pleased, Sweet Owen again came into the limelight by scoring a sensational victory in the closing race. The judges as a result of their continued investigation of this horses victory last Friday suspended jockeys Lloyd, C. White and Pryor pending further investigation. Senator Sloan, author of the anti-racing law which becomes effective in Florida May 1, will re-introduce the bill at this session of the legislature for the purpose of remedying any constitutional defects it may have had. . The racing interests wil make a hard light, according .to report, to obtain an amendment to it that wjll jp,eriuit short : ineotlugs in different parts of thu state."- s .- , . . "
