The parlay was void as to Hoffman and won on the other two. A. B. S., Chicago. When, n race is declared off bets made previously are declared off also. Arthur II., Chicago. The parlay won as a single place bet on Omicrou and should be paid as such. C. B. L., Chicago. It is not paid at all unless It was made on the substituted race, but Is a draw. Everyday, Buffalo, N. X. If the bet was on the list of entries first sent out it was a draw. A bet does not follow a horse to a substituted race. T. O.. Chicago. An entry is one or more horses. A coupled entry is two or more horses. One horse of a coupled entry starting is sufficient to hold a bet.
