MARLBORO MEETING ABANDONED. It is learned that the proposed spring meeting at Marlboro, Md., has been abandoned because of inability to obtain tho necessary license from tho County Court having jurisdiction. Some of thoso interested in the Marlboro track have arranged for a ten-days meeting at Electric Park, Raltimore, under the management of Arthur Elrod, to begin the day following the close of racing at Pinilico. Tlie management of the Marlboro track has boon promised a license to race twenty-live days next fall.
