FLORA RILEY DISAPPOINTS AT 0GDEN. Ogden, Itab. Ahiy ::. Ideal racing weather and an attractive program drew an increased attendance to the Fair Grounds today. The feature of the afternoon was the fourth race at one mile, in which Flora Rilev was considered so much the best that she was made a topheavy choice in the betting. She proved a great disappointment to her backers, being outrun throughout and finishing -a distant third. Jockey I. Smith was suspended by Judge Skinner for three days for rough riding in the lirst race. He interfered with Sieepland, the favorite, during the running. The first run-up pf the meeting occurred in tho third race when W. Clancy bid up the winner. Sir Barry, to. 00. The horse was retained by owner Scott. O. B. Irwin, of Cheyenne, arrived today with seven horses. Including the speedy Sam F. Recent arrivals include E. Mathias, with Aunt Nancy, Petite Oiseau and Force, and J. W. Ray with a string including Lady Panchita and Lady Bos.
