PROGRESS ON IDAHO TRACK. The grading and rough work on the new tra,ek of the Coeur d.Mene Fair and Racing Association at Post Falls. Idaho, is practically completed. The work of putting on the finishing touches will begin at once. The work on the grandstand is progressing rapidly and the contract for the rooting will bo awarded this week.
