M0NCRIEF GRANDSTAND DESTROYED BY FIRE. Fire which is believed to hive started in the restaurant destroved tin- grandstand and paddock at Meaertef Park, Jacksonville, iia.. Thursday. The lass is estimated at 5,000. Owing to recent legis iatioii against racing in Florida it is believed that the stand will not lie rebuilt. The loss is partially tuvered by insurance.
