OSTENTATIOUS went to the front iu the first quarter and simply ran away from the others. FIRST FASHION ran In closest pursuit all the way, but was alwavs outpaced. PENANG ran well and outgamed HOMESICK at the end. HOMESICK closed a gap and is improving. LEHIGH was pulled up soon after the start and made up no ground. FORE GUARD closed a gap and ran a good race. PATRIOTIC showed the most early speed, but was done at a mile. LUKE GATES appeared dangerous, but tired in the stretch.
