LOVE WATCHES IN WINNING FORM. Toronto, Ont., September 11. W. C. Capps Love Watcbes, well ridden, won the feature race at Duf-ferin Iark today. White hustled liim to the front and, making all his own pace, lie won easily. Owner Capps was lined by the judges for running the winner bllnkerless without permission. Form followers had a poor day. Rain began to fail after the seventh race, but the track remained fast to the end of the days racing.
