ELIGIBLES FOR ASHLAND OAKS. j Lexington, Ky., September 30. Thirty-six fillies are eligible to the Ashland Oaks, which is to be renewed at the Kentucky Associations meeting next spring, after having been discontinued with the memorable contest between Myrtle Harkness and Bracegirdle in the spring of 1S9G. The entries for the Ashland Oaks, which is to be at one mile, closed on September 2, along with the entries to the stakes for the fall meeting that ended September 23, but Secretary Garrett D.
