LIGHT O M LIFE, off forwardly. showed much speed all the way and, after being- passed, came again near the end and outstayed CHERRY SEED in the final drive. The latter moved up rapidly after entering tiie homestretch and went to the front at the furlong post, but was tiring at the end. MISSION closed a gap and shook off HEXOTIC for third place in the last furlong. HENOTIC closed a big gap and tired in the stretch. DAINGERFIELD and SURFEIT ran well. The latter showed the most speed and would have won but for striking the last fence, whore he almost fell. JIMMY" LANE fenced well and ran a good race, but was outpaced. WATERWAY finished close up.
