PRESUMPTION had the best of the start and set a. very pace, but tired near the end in a game finish. SIR BLAISE saved ground when turning into the stretch and ran gamely for the entire race. MACK B. The latter took the lead at once and, setting the pace, held on resolutely in the deciding drive. MOCKLER ran forwardly throughout and finished close up. G. M. AL MULLER ran forwardly. but seemed badly beaten on the stretch 1 turn, but came again and outgamed JOHN GRIFFIN II. for second place. The latter showed his customary high flight of early speed and tired in the final drive. WORKBOX was going fast at the end. RUBIA GRANDA showed speed, but quit.
