EDNA COLLINS closed a gap and finished with a rush. ELIZABETHAN showed speed and had no mishaps. KEEP MOVING went well for the first half and quit in the stretch. DONAU acted badly at the post and showed much speed in the race, but tired in the last furlong. PRINCE GAL suffered much from interference and was in close quarters all through the stretch. SAM BARBER, away slowly, was rushed into the lead at the half-mile ground and held on gamely in the stretch drive. PETER PENDER ran a good race for him and was close up at the end.
