WILL NOT GO TO AUSTRALIA. Lexington, Ky., October 31. Catesby Woodford and Phil T. Cbinn have abandoned the idea of sending fifty-four thoroughbred broodmares to Australia. They found that they could not get a boat from San Francisco before December 1, and that they would have to contract to send eighty head on that boat at a cost of per head for transportation. They figured hat they could not afford to send eighty head and that to leave as l3te as December 1 would prove detrimental to their contemplated sale. Thev now say that they will hold the maros over until next autumn and soli them In France, in the meanwhile sending their yearlings to the English market next summer. The throe-ycar-old Trap Rock and the two-year-old? Toastrack, Dragnet and Lucky Lass, belonging to August Belmont, arrived at the Nursery Stud this morning from Belmont Park. They are to run out all winter.
