PROPOSE TO LEGALIZE POOLSELLING Pittsburg Pa August 10 A hill to place har ¬ ness racing under state supervision and lo legalize poolselling at the tracks will be introduced at the next session of the Pennsylvania Legislature The plan is to make the state highways a direct benefi ¬ ciary by turning into the state treasury a percentage of the profits The books on all poolselling are to IK opeli for audit by the proper state authorities Running races will not be recognized It is intended to locate tracks in Philadelphia and other centers where there is an Interest in horse breeding and racing racingPresident President William Connors of the Pittsburg Driv ¬ ing Club is sponsor for the project and is confident such a bill will be enacted
