TO PRESS CLAIMS FOR PURSES. La Porle, Ind., October 7. John Huffman, of Greenville, III., arrived at Valparaiso today " to push his suit against tlie Mineral Springs race course owners for purses won at last years meeting. It. was stated today that the friendlr suit against Governor Ralston to determine tlie legal status of racing in Indiana, and which will determine tiie future of the Mineral Springs Jockey Club, will be filed before the close of this week.
