CLOSING OF CHARLESTON STAKES. The Charleston Fair and Racing Association, under whose auspices there will be "8 days of racing at Palmetto Park. Charleston, during the coming winter, has provided twenty-three stakes to lie run during the meeting. These twenty-three stakes will ciose tomorrow and horsemen who are interested will find further particulars in the official announcement of the association that appears on page five of this issue of Dally Racing Form.
