1- DISQUALIFICATIONS DURING 1913 Thirtv-tive times during the course of 1913 racing in America did the judges feel called upon to exercise their pcrogativc of disqualification of horses that had finhlied lirst or placed. Twenty-one of the disqualifications were from tirst place, eight from second and six from third.
