JAMAICA STAND IS WRECKED. New York, March 0. The grandstand of the Jamaica race track is a complete wreck as a result of the recent storm. The roof and front of the big structure collapsed, probably last Sunday night, under the weight of thousands of pounds of water soaked snow. The grandstand was constructed of concrete, with steel and iron girders, which were bent and twisted like straws. The front of the grandstand buckled out when the roof gave way and the mass of debris was hurled upon the track and. lawn in frout of the stand.
