KENTUOKY DATES TO BE ALLOTTED. Lexington. Ky.. March 13. A meeting of the Kentucky State Racing Commission will be held here next Friday for the purpose of allotting dates for spring racin-r at the Lexington, Louisville and La-tonia trae-ks. The directors of the Kentucky Association will meet next Tuesday to decide upon the dates they will request. Secretary G. D. Wilson said today that thirteen days will be asked for Lexington, beginning either Thursday, April 23 or Saturday. April 25. President Catesby Woodford of the Kentucky Association, returned today from Florida and is In good health. Racing Commissioner T. II. Talbot, of Paris, Is expected back from California Monday.
