HAVRE DE GRACE STAKES WELL FILLED. Nominations for Events Recently Closed Presage Excellent Racing- at Maryland Course. New York. .March 1.!. Secretary Fred Behberger of the Harford Agriculture and Breeders Association announce that the various stakes to be decided at the coming Havre de Grace meeting have tilled exceedingly well. The work of building a new grandstand, to replace that destroyed by lire last fall, is lieing rushed forward and it is promised that all will be ready for the opening April IS. The new structure is being built of steel and concrete and will be much more commodious than was the old -taml.
