A CONFLICT IN DERBY DATES. If the managements of the Latonia and Dorval tracks adhere to the arrangements already made, there will Im a conflict of dates for the running of two of the most imiiortant Derby races to be decided in America this season. The o. KHl Dorval Derby, richest of ail American three year-old races scheduled for this season, has already been announced to take place oti Saturday. June 13. The Dorval meeting is to begin June 8 and close June 15. Now word comes from Kentucky that Juue 13 has likewise been tentatively selected for the running of the Latonia Derby. 1914.sh,000 added. Since both Derby! have much in common in the way of entries, it is obvious that a rearrangement of I In- dates would not only be received with satisfaction by the owners of Die good three-year olds concerned, but would be likely to result in a better Derby race at each of the two tracks.
