K. c. of Victoria, 1.. c. were two Interesting visitors iu Toronto this week. Mr. Springer is at the head id the British Colombia Thoroughbred Association, which conducts racing st Vancouver. Of the situation mi the COOS he said: "We dont vet know what our arrangements will be tor the coming summer. II we are confined to seven-day meetings I dont see how we are to g.-t along. There is considerable naoney invested in racing property in British Columbia and 1 dont think it possible to give meetings under such a limit ation of time.
