One is a bav colt by Marta Santa Arrogance, oiio a bav Ally by Marta Santa Penitence II., aud the other a bay lllly by Marathon Fatnmette. These yearlings have been highly tried. He AVill, which reduced the- track record for five c furlongs at Laurel a few days ago, is a good-looking - gelding by Heno Naughty Lady, and early y ill the season showed considerable promise. He e was taken sick during the summer, and Is just t . getting around to himself. .. iBy direction of the legal authorities who by a government decree are seizing the property of German and Austrian subjects resident in France, ; ten race horses belonging to M.
