NOTES OF THE TURF. Miller Henderson has arrived at Juarez with his stable of twelve horses. Frank J. Gould was a patron of the Newmarket December sales in England this week. He bought the seven-year-old mare, Whim, by Ladas Loveite. for ,040. The twelve thoroughbreds purchased at Lexington this week by Dr. St. Clair Street have been shipped to Kansas City. They are to be used for crosscountry purposes. i John Miller has left Lexington for New York with ten horses, including four thoroughbreds purchased at the recent sale by Godfrey Preecc, and a thoroughbred for the Raijcocas Stud.
