PLEASED WITH HOT SPRINGS PROGRAM. New Orb-ans. Uu, February 14. Jonanh F. Martin, who will manage the racing at Hot Springs I for the Business Men- League, was an arrival this 1 morning and immediately began missionary work among the horsemen. After hearing of the contemplated plans anil receiving the assurance that all obligations would be settled promptly, the horse men expressed much satisfaction and many gave assurances that they would ship to the Arkansas track immediately alter the close of racing here. According to Mr. Martin, the Business Mens f.oagH* assures a twenty -one days meeting and this. if conditions warrant, will be extended to thirty days. There will be six races daily with no purse of less value than 00. The officials who will serve will he the best available, with Jack B. Campbell probably the presiding judge. Mr. Martin will remain here several days, and I ho program tiook for the first weeks racing will lie put in the bunds of the prjinler shortly and will lie distributed to horsemen here some time next week.
