TAKES UP CUDGEL FOR ACCUSED JOCKEY. George Swain, oaee prominent as a jockey on Canadian and American race tracks, is under arrest at Detroit charged with arson in connection with a fire which broke out at Hie Wayne Hotel. A blaze was discovered in Swains room and he was arrested as be left the building and held pending Investigation.
