PROCEEDINGS BEGUN AT NEW ORLEANS. New Orleans. La., March 10. Miss lean M. Cordon, late this afternoon, tiled her promised suit in the Civil District Court asking for a receiver for the Business Mens Baciag Association, She asks that a receiver be appointed to dissolve the racing association.
