PAS ZARETiVS FINE SPEED SHOWN AGAIN IN WINNING IN TRACK RECORD TIME UNDER HIGH WEIGHT. Oaklawn Weather and Patronage Excellent — More Arrivals of Horses — Associations Run-Up Money to Swell Purses. Her victory was hard earned for she-was toned to a resolute drive during the entire last eighth to maintain her advantage over Korf-hage, which lauded in second place with Dr. Lar-rlck third. Todays attendance exceeded that of the opening day. The weather was June-like and the- card was the best that racing patrons had been offered so far. The sport was excellent, wholesome and enjoyable. Action was again of a character that kept all the odds operator! working at top speed. The1 horses of M. Quinn. A. L. Valentine and J. T. Strite were additions to the colony here this afternoon. Charles Waltriag, who was in charge of the stake holders at New Orleans, was an arrival today. The Oaklawn associations part of the runup money in sidling races will revert back to owners in added money to purses. Blanks for the Saratoga stakes were received today and distributed among owners. W. T. Anderson arrived today with five horses from Juarez. In the same consignment came those owned by Emick it McCoy. C. R. Anderson bought this morning the useful racer Mars Cassidy. Frank Shannon, who had charge of the betting ring at Juarez for a good part of the meeting, was an arrival this morning. There wore two more additions to the ranks of the "information" men today, bringing the total up to twenty -five .
