ANAVRI followed the leader close up to the eighth peat, then slipped through on the inside and outstayed REFLECTION in a close finish. The latter set a fast early pace and would have won had her rider kept her next to the rail. ENVER BEY ran on the outside of the leaders, but tired after getting in front at the eighth post. BliTJK MOUSE raced well and oiitgamed MALIK in the final drive. The latter set the pace and, being made too much use of early, tired iu the stretch racing. NAPIER finished close up.
