Miss Jean Gordon today filed a supplemental petition to her original petition asking JOT tin- appointment of a receiver in the Civil District Court. Rage recently filed receiv rahtp procee lings, alleging that the directors had acted to the prejudice of the stockholders and that the appointment of a receiver was necessary to pro- tect their interests.
