T0REIGN RIDERS BARRED IN AUSTRIA. Lexington. Ky.. March IS. — Jockey Coorge Archibald, writing from Germany to o. a. Bianchl, says that the Austrian Jockey Club has ruled that foreign rid is will not be allowed to take mounts in that country in future.
