T0REIGN RIDERS BARRED IN AUSTRIA. Lexington. Ky.. March IS. — Jockey Coorge Archibald, writing from Germany to o. a. Bianchl, says that the Austrian Jockey Club has ruled that foreign rid is will not be allowed to take mounts in that country in future. Fred Taral. he says, will be at Berlin with a big string of horses. Russian prisoners are used as stablemen in Germany these days, the German stablemen being at the front in the fighting ranks. Archibald says he would have returned to America last year had it not bei 11 that tin- low scale of weights here is against him.
