JOCKEYS STIBLING AND GOURLET SUFFER. Hot Springs. Ark.. April 6. — There were more departures of turfmen this afternoon. J. C. Ramsey. F. Shorten. W. Martin and W. Cahills horses were transferred to Havre de Grace to await the opening of racing at that point. To Montreal were shipped the horses owned by E. Lutz. A. Castin, W. Brown, P. Walsh and W. P. West. Jockey Stirling recovered consciousness this morning, but lapsed back to a dazed state later. The attending physicians continue to be optimistic and aver that he will pull through. Jockey Gour-ley is making but slight progress and is still in a bad way, although he is fully conscious. Both riders are suffering from concussion of the brain. Stirling additionally has both lips badly swollen and cut. which to an extent is bothersome. Greene Jones of Louisville, was an arrival this morning with his wife and will remain for about three weeks. Former plunger Botay arrived this morning and will remain at the Army and Navy hospital for an extended stay. There will be a number of additional departures next Saturday for Tijuana, including the horses of Daniels A: Hodges. E. Cook and F. Rawson. The latter has purchased the filly She Will, which will go with lib consignment.
