Hendrie did not fare at all badly in racing. In Rancher he possessed an extremely serviceable three -year -old which did not lack mm-h of landing a place in the list of 0,000 winners. His victory in the Ontario Jockey Club Cup, at two miles and a quarter, made him out to be a real stayer of the old-fashioned sort, nor was his success in the Toronto Autumn Cup. at a mile and a quarter, any less meritorious.
