NEW ORLEANS TO HAVE A BIG FAIR. New Orleans. La.. May 4.— William F. Pinckard was elected president of the Business Mens Racing Association by the new board of directors, after I. B. Rennyson was elected the active first vice-president of tiie association, and is to be custodian of the grounds. Robert S. Eddy. Jr.. was chosen secretary and treasurer. The election was unanimous. A resolution was adopted by the board, providing that pn parations be begun immediately for the big live stock ami agricutural fair, to be held by the association at the Fair Grounds previous to the winter race meeting and at a date which will not conflict with any of the other big fairs of this section. Mr. Rennyson was made general manager of the fair. . A week in November will probably be chosen us the date for this venture.
