The latter ran well and had no mishaps. BOURBON LASS showed mucli speed in the middle quarter, but tired in the lust sixteenth. MELIORA ran green and will improve. GINGER QUILL tired. The latter was away slowly and, after trailing for a half mile, came with a rush Through the stretch and almost got up to win. FRANKLIN showed good speed, but tired slightly after racing in closest pursuit. DODGE raced well up throughout. THUNDERER had no mishaps. DOMINANT set a fast early pace, but quit badly. LENA MISHA pulled up lame.
