JOCKEY CLUB ACTION ON MANY CASES. New York. June 23. -The application of II. Woods for a jockeys license w.is granted y calm da J at a meeting of the stewards of the Jockey ltd.. The application of J. Wilson t.. be reinstated, was denied, as was that of ;. M. Johnson to be restored to good standing as a trainer. Joseph Knight presented a statement from tin-Cuba-Americ in Jockey Club, showing 1m- had baea reinstated by that IhmI.v. The assistant secretary was instructed to notify all association that Knight is now in good standing and that their resolution of April 191.1 is rescinded. The applications of C. Borel and M. Nathan for jeckeys licenses were laid on the table. Many Jeckeye and trainers licneses were granted. The assistant Military iraa instructed to notify all associations that the following resolution has been adopted: "That in selling races the autioneer has full power and control of the horse and must in all cases order the removal of the bandages upon the rcpiest being made t him by any responsible persons attending the sale."
