MORE OF THE NEW .WINDSOR TRACK. Montreal, Que., August 21. Charles T. Henshall, manager of the Back River Jockey Club, denies being in any way connected with the proposed new race course at Windsor. The promoter are Thomas J. Duggan of Montreal, who is also interested in Mount Royal, and Bernard Hepburn, a member of parliament for Prince Edward County, who is now serving the colors in the European war. He is represented by his lawyer in Montreal until his return from the front. The general meeting of the shareholders of the Western Racing Association, under which Devonshire Park will be operated, will be held here within a few days, when the directors and officers will be announced. .
