HAVRE DE GRACE MEETING OPENS TODAY. Havre de Grace. Md.. September 11. The fall season of racing in Maryland will be inaugurated with the opening of the Harford Agricultural and Breeders Association here tomorrow. The track is in superb condition and race-goers will find numerous improvements made since spring, that will redound to their comfort and convenience. Horses are on hand in abundant numbers and the outlook is excellent for a highly-successful meeting. The officials for the meeting are as follows: Judges, C. Cornehlsen and II. .U. Iloman; starter, James Milton: racing secretary, Fred Rehberger; handicapper, W. S. Aosburgh; paddock and patrol judge, AVilliam Jennings; patrol judge. E. II. Hanna; timer. James McLaughlin; clerk of the scales, II. U. Iloman.
